B.M.C. settles state allegations (WBZ News Radio Boston)
Boston Medical Center and its health insurance plan have agreed to pay the state $562,000 to settle allegations of improper marketing to consumers. Attorney General Martha Coakley says the bulk of the settlement total will go to the state's program to help people buy medical insurance.
